Tell us a little bit about Limo Anywhere:
Limo Anywhere was established in 2004. We have grown significantly in the two decades since, now serving thousands of operators worldwide. Our journey began with a vision to revolutionize the ground transportation industry by providing a comprehensive and scalable software solution. Today we offer a comprehensive suite of software solutions for ground transportation operators of all sizes. Our platform includes features such as an online reservation system, driver management, billing and invoicing, real-time flight tracking, integrated payment processing, and a driver mobile app. Our goal is to streamline operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive business growth for our clients.
Limo Anywhere is headquartered in Auburn, Alabama and most of our leadership lives in and around the Dallas / Fort Worth Texas area. We currently employ over 74 talented and dedicated professionals, who are spread out across the U.S. and abroad.
What do you wish more people knew about the business?
We are particularly proud of our transition from a legacy architecture to a more robust scalable platform, which has enabled aggressive growth and enhanced service delivery. We are also very proud of our merger with our longtime exclusive partner Addons. Executing on these key strategies has allowed us to offer our customers the most advanced and powerful tools in the industry.
Additionally, our platform's flexibility and scalability cannot be overstated. Limo Anywhere can be used by operators of all sizes, whether you are an independent operator with one vehicle, or an established operator with a fleet of well over 100. Further, our continuous enhancements and integrations with various third-party applications make us a one-stop solution for ground transportation management.
How did you, personally, end up in the transportation industry?
I joined Limo Anywhere shortly after its inception, in early 2005. I am actually the longest-tenured employee, having been with the company for over 17 years.
Prior to working here, I led the e-commerce division for a hardware manufacturing company. While it certainly helped to grow my skillset, I felt there was something more fulfilling out there for me. I came across the open position with Limo Anywhere completely by accident. After an initial discussion with management and getting educated on the challenges faced by ground transportation operators, I knew I could help, and it was a journey I wanted to be on.
I have participated in all aspects of the company over the years. The experience has given me a different perspective of the business as a whole, and insight into what we are doing well, and where we’ve needed to improve for our customers. Getting to meet so many of our customers through the different associations and sitting down with them at trade shows has been extremely rewarding, and has continually reaffirmed my decision to join and stay with Limo Anywhere over the years. I’ve had the pleasure of watching the business grow from having around 50 customers to serving over 5500 operators worldwide — a testament to our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.
What has been your experience as an ILLBA member?
Being an ILLBA member has been incredibly beneficial. The networking opportunities, access to industry insights, and the ability to collaborate with the community have been invaluable — probably our biggest takeaways. Engaging with other industry professionals has provided us with valuable insights and fostered partnerships that have been beneficial for our growth and innovation. I have also particularly appreciated the educational resources and events that help us stay ahead of industry trends.
The ILLBA is a great platform for vendors to connect, learn, and grow their businesses, and I would absolutely recommend membership to anyone who is considering it. I would suggest that all new members actively participate in events and leverage the many educational opportunities. Building relationships and engaging with the community can provide significant benefits and pathways for growth.
How are you spending your time outside of the business?
When I’m not working, I enjoy watching sports and doing anything with a wrench. I also have a keen interest in technology and continuous learning, often spending time exploring new advancements in the tech world.
Any predictions, hopes, or ambitions for the future of our industry?
I am excited about increasing technology integration in the ground transportation industry. Innovations in AI, real-time data analytics, and enhanced customer service platforms will lead to advanced automation, predictive insights, and more intuitive experiences.
